- Dimensions — 3500 mm (wide), 2040 mm (deep), and 2100 mm (high).
- Build — Manufactured with a 50 × 25 mm RHS mild steel frame and 5 mm hot-dip galvanized steel locking plates.
- Bolt‑Down Installation — Plate‑mounted design allows secure fixing to any suitable hard surface.
- Modular Expansion — The shelters’ modular structure allows multiple smoking shelters to be linked together for larger capacity requirements.
- Smoking Shelter Compliance — As a smoking shelter, the side panels must be supplied as half‑height panels to meet UK smoking‑shelter regulations, ensuring the structure remains no more than 50% enclosed. If you wish to use the shelter for alternative purposes, there is an option to purchase full‑height side panels.

Finish Options
- Standard: Hot-dip galvanized mild steel to ISO 1461:2022, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance and long‑term performance in all weather conditions.
- Optional Colour Powder-Coated Finish: Many of our customers opt for a hot‑dip galvanized finish only; however, optional powder‑coated colours are available in any standard RAL colour when a project requires a specific aesthetic, allowing the shelter to blend seamlessly within its surroundings or complement organisational branding. Please also see Duplex Protection below for long‑term investment benefits. Selecting a powder‑coated finish adds approximately 3–4 days to the lead time and will incur an additional cost. If you’d like to chat through your colour choices or obtain a personalised quotation, just reach out — we’ll be happy to help you choose the finish that feels right for your project.
- Hand-Painted Finish: Alternatively, customers can hand-paint their frames as a low-cost option. Once assembled, the frame can be surface-prepared and painted using a suitable fast-drying metal paint, with primer applied where required. Allow the paint to fully cure before fitting the PETG UV panels.
