Our experienced team checks your order and confirms your requirements, making sure everything is clear from the outset.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll email you with the information you need to prepare for delivery and installation.
This includes assembly drawings, links to relevant installation videos and information on available ground anchors, which can be added to your order at a small additional cost where required. You’ll also be given a direct point of contact within our team should you have any questions as your order progresses.
Before leaving our workshop, frames, panels, fixings and accessories are carefully checked to make sure your order is complete, correctly prepared and ready for delivery.
Once your order is ready, a member of our team will contact you directly to confirm your delivery slot and final delivery details.
Where possible, we use our own dedicated transport fleet, giving us greater control over the journey from our workshop to your site. Our Urbanfab drivers personally oversee loading, ensuring all components are accounted for, securely positioned and prepared for transit.
Products are loaded with care and protected for the journey, helping to minimise the risk of damage in transit and keeping your order in safe hands right through to delivery.
